Norman Narchi, M.D. is the founder and director of the Center for Well Being & Natural Health. Dr. Narchi earned his medical degree from the University of Vienna. He was trained in neurology at Northwestern Medical School in Chicago. He is board certified in neurology. His medical practice in Integrative Neurology and Preventive Medicine began in Westlake Village, California in 1975.
Dr. Narchis approach is based on his own deep commitment and passion to preventative aspects of healthcare and awakening individuals to the deepest meaning of health and well-being. He believes it is important to understand and appreciate the intimate relationship between the mind and body and the amazing power of the mind for health and healing. He has adopted as his core principle the belief that the power of the minds amazing natural healing capabilities needs to be utilized as the basis of any wellness or health program.
As a health and well-being facilitator, he is creating a space for sharing all healthcare methodologies to bring about enhanced awareness and transformation on an individual and global level. He inspires and empowers all participants to take back control over their own health by instilling self-responsibility, self-care and self-regulation. This leads to balance and inner peace and, ultimately, to the attainment and maintenance of natural radiant health.
Dr. Narchi is passionate to share his gifts with you. You will find what works best for you by combining your inner resources intelligence, virtues and wisdom with external resources, such as the Center's gentle, post-modern-medicine well-being programs, including nature's resources. The goal is to work together in partnership to create a space for you wherein you can take yourself with passion through the process of transformation into wholeness.
Forough Parsa, M.D.
Preventive & Integrative Cardiology
Dr. Parsa earned her medical degree from the University of Geneva. She was trained in internal medicine and cardiology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and Rush Medical School in Chicago. She has practiced for thirty years in all aspect of Cardiology noninvasive and interventional approach. She integrates the best ideas and practices of science-based cardiology with evidence-based Eastern natural approaches. Dr. Parsas focused passion is directed toward prevention of heart disease through Mind/Body approach, relaxation mastery, proper nutrition and appropriate exercise.
Jeffrey Gero, Ph.D.
Dr. Gero is a pioneer in the field of stress management (relaxation mastery) and the creator of the Success over Stress System. For over 30 years, Dr. Gero has worked with many organizations dealing with a variety of stressors. He delivered the first stress management program for the California Department of Corrections at San Quentin Prison; assisted the Los Angeles Times with the stress surrounding the 1984 Olympics; Allied Signal with the stress surrounding a plant closing; and, he assisted paramedics in the California State Firefighters Association with job stress.
In addition to working with organizations, Dr. Gero coaches athletes and individuals to enhance their performance. He incorporates mental fitness techniques in all his seminars.
Georgia Kathleen Connor, Ph.D.
Neuroscientist and Learning Specialist
Dr. Connor has certifications in neurofeedback, advanced biofeedback, and mediation. She specializes in remediating the symptoms of children and adults suffering from ADD, ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia and Substance Abuse.
Jaya Sarada, Ph.D.
Transpersonal Psychology
Jaya Sarada, a Health & Well-Being Coach, brings to the Center for Well Being over 25 years of experience and training in Holistic Therapies and Transpersonal Counseling. Jaya is the author of five books on alternative healing, and has traveled the world teaching her innovative and life changing methods. Her unique coaching program incorporates numerous holistic healing technologies that determine the specific needs of an individual, and offers a self-care program that is tailored to the individual as a whole person, supporting their well-being in body, mind and spirit.

Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine
Steven H. Stumpf, EdD
Director, Research & Development
Dr. Stumpf brings more than 30 years experience in healthcare to our Center. He is a highly successful fund-raiser, grantwriter and health professions educator. His background includes 18 years at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine where he held numerous positions including Director of Projects and Senior Research Associate with the Advanced BioTelecommunications and BioInformatics Center (ABBC), and Director of Education and Research in the Department of Family Medicine. In 2005 2006 Dr. Stumpf was the Provost and Director of the Doctorate Program with an acupuncture and Oriental Medicine college in Los Angeles. He developed his approach to Integrative Medicine training as well as developed two research proposals involving acupuncture in Western medicine settings.
Dr. Stumpf graduated from UCLA with a doctorate in education with an emphasis in research methods and evaluation. Throughout his career he has consistently found himself at the forefront of innovative movements and in the center of change in the health care industry.
