Relaxation Mastery Program™

The Center’s Relaxation Mastery Program teaches its participants various empowering methods and techniques by which they can rebuild their self-resiliency, develop defenses against external stressors, and enhance their immune system to attain optimum natural radiant health and achieve daily peak performance.

The Relaxation Mastery Program consists of seven interactive workshops providing you with inspiring information and empowering tools how to evoke deep relaxation response. You learn how to calm the mind and balance the body for creating harmony in your everyday life.

2. Healing Power of Meditation
3. Healing Power of Mind-Body Exercise
4. Healing Power of Mindful Living & Being
5. Healing Power of Mental Approaches
6. Healing Power of Progressive Muscle Relaxation
7. Healing Power of Body Scanning & Chakra Balancing

This program is comprehensive, safe, effective, unique, innovative and natural.

Resilience:  In the long run, relaxation practice may bring about another important benefit: resilience. Resilience is defined as a process of adapting well to hardship, trauma and other significant sources of ongoing stress, for example: family and marital conflicts, serious health problems, and work or financial pressures. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from difficult experiences and not only survive but also thrive.

The following factors can bolster a person’s natural resilience:
• A positive self-reliance and firm belief in your own abilities
• Mutually supportive relationships with family and friends
• Good communication and problem-solving strategies
• The ability to make realistic plans and take steps to carry them out
• Good ‘stress control’ skills

Resilience is a skill that can be learned and improved with practice. As you learn and practice relaxation mastery techniques, you’ll also be building your resilience.
